Thank you all for the amazing recommendations!
I am so behind on my manga reading that it’s not even funny.
As it turns out.. It’s actually pretty difficult to fit in even a volume or two when you’re already doing that with the novels you’re also behind on.
The Struggle is Real.
I’m not complaining.
It just gives me more to look forward to.
Today I’ve chosen manga/graphic novels from my TBR that have been recommended by other bloggers and my husband. I have another dozen or so that some shorter, younger people have suggested (and think I’m “super uncool” because I haven’t read them or watched the anime yet but.. to be fair.. the last thing they talked us into was My Hero Academia and I still don’t know how to feel about that one.)
I may post those at a later time.
Until then.. Enjoy!

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read my post, I hope you enjoyed it!
Anime and manga have grown in popularity over the last few years, mostly with the younger ones, but they’re still widely dismissed as ‘picture books.’ Shame, too, they have a lot to offer.
So next time you’re bored, uninterested in the ten thousand books you’re supposed to be reading, or just not looking for anything heavy.. Check out a manga or two.
You might just find yourself addicted!
Are you a fan of manga, comics, or graphic novels?
Which is your favorite?
I always hear about Tokyo Ghoul but actually didn’t know much about it until now haha! It sounds interesting though. Hope you get around to them soon, happy reading!
I actually started reading Tokyo Ghoul once upon a time but life happened and I never kept up with it. It’s pretty dark but entertaining.. I do tend to like the darker stuff though.
Thank you and I hope you enjoy your reading as well!
Life…that always gets in the way of reading haha. Ahkay I don’t mind stuff a little bit of dark. Definitely will be interesting to read! Thank you ☺️
Right? Life can be rude like that.
And interesting is a good word for it! I can’t say whether it would be too dark for you but manga are never very long so.. It can’t hurt to check it out. I do hope you enjoy it though! 🙂
