Celebrate the poems you know and love!
Many thanks to Carla @ Carla Loves To Read for reminding me that April is National Poetry Month.
Half the time I don’t even find out what to celebrate until after it’s passed so.. I’m going to need someone to make a calendar or something that keeps readers informed and up to date on all the bookish related holidays and such. Just saying.
If you’re a fan of poetry like I am.. and I know you are. You also know there are too many to ever just pick one. The struggle is real.
So I’ll be sharing a few of my top favorite poets and poems today.

The world breathes us in
At last, harmony

I really don’t love poetry but Oyster Boy was funny, I think that’s poetry! Elizabeth Brown has some good ones too

I do hear it gets easier the more you do it but.. yea. It’s those first steps that are always the hardest.
Did not know April was poetry month! But then, I’m not a big poetry person…even though I might not get much out of it, but I hope those who enjoy it will! 😀
I think I only learned of it last year, myself.. Blogging has opened my eyes to so many different things, it’s crazy.
