The Best Books I Read in 2023

Great Books You Must Read

Welcome!

I’m so excited to share this post with you today.
Below are eleven fantastically compelling, consuming, and captivating books that I’ve had the utmost pleasure to lose myself in this year.
Browse new-to-me authors, debuts—first in a series and standalones—there’s a little bit of everything.

A lot of these books were recommended to me by fellow bloggers and I am all too happy to pass them on to the next curious soul.
I hope you enjoy them just as much as I have.

Happy Reading!

What a great list, The Necromancer’s daughter was recommended to me by one of my readers.

The Daughters of Block Island made my list as well, I loved it!

I haven’t read many of these – tbh my reading has been a little shocking this year – hopefully better next year. I’d like to pick up the Daughters of Block Island.

I haven’t read any of these books, but have had The Necromancer’s Daughter on my TBR for quite awhile. I need to move it up that TBR mountain.
