Anyway!
Take a look around, enjoy, maybe you’ll find a book or two for your own TBR piles.

The Tiger and the Wolf by Adrian Tchaikovsky

Publication date: February 11, 2016

In the bleak northern crown of the world, war is coming . . .

Maniye’s father is the Wolf clan’s chieftain, but she’s an outcast. Her mother was queen of the Tiger and these tribes have been enemies for generations. Maniye also hides a deadly secret. All can shift into their clan’s animal form, but Maniye can take on tiger and wolf shapes. She refuses to disown half her soul so escapes, rescuing a prisoner of the Wolf clan in the process. The killer Broken Axe is set on their trail to drag them back for retribution.

The Wolf chieftain plots to rule the north, and controlling his daughter is crucial to his schemes. However, other tribes also prepare for strife. Strangers from the far south appear too, seeking allies in their own conflict. It’s a season for omens as priests foresee danger and a darkness falling across the land. Some say a great war is coming, overshadowing even Wolf ambitions. A time of testing and broken laws is near – but what spark will set the world ablaze?

Beauty and the Betrayer by Kendrai Meeks

Publication date: November 12, 2018

SHE KNOWS BETTER THAN TO TRUST A WEREWOLF…

Gerwalta Faust may be the youngest daughter of the Red Matron, but she is no fool. A lupine is nothing more than an animal with the ability to appear as a man. Even if that man is Andreas Baron, and is discovered to be not only kind, but also handsome and brave. No matter, she will maintain her duty: escort the King Wolf beyond the reaches of the Black Forest, assure he reclaims a runaway wolf, and oversee his expedient return to the packlands.

HE WILL ENDURE A WOLFRETTER IF HE MUST…

Andreas despises the wolf-watchers, but what self-respecting werewolf wouldn’t? They lord over his kind, ruling with silver fists. The last thing he wants is to spend time with one, let alone come to see Gerwalta as something more than the blood red cloak she wears. But the longer he stays in the company of the female warrior, the more Andreas discovers not a beast but a beauty. Could she ever see him as anything more than wolf? Could he ever hope to win her heart?

Each step brings them farther from home and closer to a confession that could doom them both. There is one immutable law among their kinds: it is a crime for a wolfsretter and a lupine to love. A crime punishable by death.

SABINA

I’m human.

I’m afraid.

They’re not.

We’re mated. We’re whole.

And together? We’re going to change the Pack.

Forever.

Violence thrust me into this world.

My past defined me.

I was on the run. Constantly evading an adolescence loaded with heartbreak and fear, and then the end came.

But with it?

I found a new beginning.

Three mates.

Three Alphas.

All mine.

To have.

To hold.

Their protection gives me a future.

Their love gives me wings…

But the best intentions can still lead us to hell, and for the first time in my life, I have a future worth fighting for. Only, that doesn’t take away my living demons.

When they come for me, which they will, I’m no longer alone.

But can I survive if fate has given me an expiration date I avoided a decade ago?

Wolf Girl by Leia Stone

Publication date: December 27, 2020

When my parents were banished from Wolf City before I was born, I thought there was no way I would ever live in a pack again. Cuffed, with my shifter magic bound, I was forced to go to school with witches and vampires in order to keep my true nature from coming out.

Then I met him. Sawyer Hudson.

The Alpha’s son was visiting the Delphi College for Magically Banished Youth and spotted me. He took one look at me, and an hour later, I was being pulled out of school, taken into Wolf City and leaving my parents and everything I knew behind.

It’s the Alpha’s son’s selection year, the year he must pick a mate, and every female aged 18-22 must be in attendance. I’ve landed myself in the middle of Werewolf Bachelor, and just when I think I’ve got a handle on things, Sawyer releases my cuffs, unbinds my magic, and sees what I really am.

The problem is, I don’t know what this creature is that I transform into. It’s not an ordinary werewolf, that’s for damn sure.

The Wolves are Watching by Natalie Lund

Release date: October 4, 2022

The night little Madison disappears from her crib, Luce sees a pair of eyes–two points of gold deep in the forest behind her house–and feels certain they belong to a wolf. Her town, Picnic, Illinois, is the kind of place where everyone knows one another and no one locks their doors. It’s not the kind of place where a toddler goes missing without a trace, where wolves lurk in the shadows.

In town, people are quick to blame Madison’s mom. But when Luce’s English teacher shares an original script about the disappearance of another little girl in Picnic back in 1870, Luce begins to notice similarities that she can’t ignore. Certain that something deeper is going on, Luce tracks the wolf she saw into the woods and uncovers the truth about her town: magical animal-women, who have remained hidden in shadows for centuries, have taken her cousin for their own purposes–and they have no intention of bringing her back.

Wolf Shunned by Laurel Night

Publication date: January 6, 2021

It’s amazing to be a powerful wolf… if you’re male.

When you’re a nineteen year-old girl who can beat the crap out of every wolf in your pack, suddenly it’s not so great.

Love isn’t everything, I know; but even the most powerful she-wolf submits to her mate. If you can’t be beaten, you can’t be mated.

And an unmated wolf has no place in the pack.

My one hope is the clan gathering in the Blackwood Fortress. Every wolf in the continent attends, and a few seriously sexy wolves catch my eye. I’m bound to find at least one who can match me, right?

Then there’s my other problem: My pack leader is a grade-A jerk. After treating me like a genetic freak my whole life, he suddenly decides to stake a claim. But I can’t refuse the challenge, and my wolf won’t back down. Either I submit to the pack leader and become mated to his skeezy pelt, or I win the challenge and my freedom… by taking his place as pack leader.

Only no one has ever heard of a female pack leader, and if I become one, I’ll never find a mate.

The Devouring Wolf by Natalie C. Parker

Publication date: August 2, 2022

Little wolf, little wolf, here I come.

It’s the eve of the first full moon of summer and twelve-year-old Riley Callahan is ready to turn into a wolf. Nothing can ruin her mood: not her little brother Milo’s teasing, not Mama N’s smoth-ering, and not even Mama C’s absence from their pack’s ceremony. But then the unthink-able happens—something that violates every rule of wolf magic—Riley and four other kids don’t shift.

Riley is left with questions that even the pack leaders don’t have answers to. And to make matters far worse, it appears something was awoken in the woods that same night.

The Devouring Wolf.

The elders tell the tale of the Devouring Wolf to scare young pups into obedience. It’s a terrifying campfire story for fledging wolves, an old legend of a giant creature who consumes the magic inside young werewolves. But to Riley, the Devouring Wolf is more than lore: it’s real and it’s after her and her friends.

The Girl of Dorcha Wood by Kristin Wardens

Publication date: April 12, 2021

Treacherous.
Evil.
Dark.
Dorcha Wood is all of these.

And none of them.

The people of Felmore talk of Dorcha Wood in whispers, if they speak of it at all. There is danger in the dark forest. Monstrous things, remnants of the Aos Sí, lurk in the shadows, hunting the unwary should one be careless enough to cross those borders.

But to seventeen-year-old Fiadh, Dorcha Wood is home. A haven. It speaks to her in the rustle of the wind through the leaves, in the wild things that come to her hand. It is a forest whose secrets become known only when it chooses to reveal them.

Hers is a simple life until the outside world shatters it.

Gideon, a warrior whose memory is as lost as his strength, finds his way to Fiadh’s healing hands. With his arrival comes the wrath of Lord Darragh, the ruler of Felmore. A man whose violence rivals that of the nightmarish beings of Dorcha Wood.

Fiadh finds herself thrust into a world brimming with suspicion and cruelty, seething with hatred and vengeance.

Hunted.

Desperate.

She turns to Gideon. Setting herself on a new path where she will confront the reality of old hatred, the consequences of things hidden, and the truth of who she is.
